Porscheshop's Porsche 911 RS Pictures
Introduction
This 911 began as a 1969 2.0 coupe, which underwent a full ground up mechanical and cosmetic update. The car was designed to be the ultimate trackday/road-going RS.
Modifications included full 3.2 Carrera running gear, Bilstien shocks, Turbo brakes, and a 3.0 engine on 906 cams, Weber Carburetors, JE pistons, and uprated hardware allowing a full 343Hp @ 8000rpm.
The car was finished in Porsche Maritime Blue, and sported light weight 964RS body work and a 2.7RS ducktail as a nod to its inspiration. The car was recently auctioned by Coy's - see below for more information.
Many photo galleries of the finished car and info about all the modifications made can be found below.

Coy's auction pictures
We were pleased to see our old Porscheshop project 911RS auctioned this year by Coy's. The car reached a sale figure of £16,000 and we think someone had a bargain given its guide sale value was placed at £18-20,000.
