For Replacing bent or broken exhaust stud on all 911 engines. This new
tool is a must for every 911 mechanic and will pay for itself the first
time you use it. This is a quick and totally accurate tool to repair and
replace broken studs without damaging the heads or removing the engine.
The fixture indexes off of the exhaust port by using one of the various
sized port bushings, secures to the opposite stud, and allows you to drill
out, tap, and replace the stud accurately. Includes LH drill bits, tap

STOMSKI RACING's version of the P9191 tool combines the basics of the
factory tool and improves on it by adding an integral 19mm bushed socket
that prevents slippage and rounding off of the cam bolt on the end of
the cam shafts. The cam bolt on the SC, Turbo & Carrera requires a
torque of 88 foot pounds. Tightening the bolt to this spec, or loosening
it using a breaker bar and the factory long-armed cam tool, requires
dexterity, leverage, and serious luck that the deep socket does not slip
off the head of the bolt, rounding it over, or busting knuckles in the
process. STOMSKI RACING’s SR9191 securely holds an impact-quality socket
in the center of a precision machined hardened steel socket, ensuring
ease and accuracy in loosening the bolt, or setting the required torque.
The bushing prevents the socket from being leveraged off the bolt head,
keeping it squarely in place for the most accurate torque and security
during installation and removal. The SR9191 replaces both the factory
Porsche P9191 tool and the SR078 Tools. Uses 1/2" Drive Standard Braker
Bar, Extensions and/or Torque Wrench.

Sprocket alignment on the 911 engine requires an accurate and repeatable
ability to measure the offset of the sprockets and lay shaft. Simply
using a straight edge and vernier calipers requires at least three hands
and rarely produces precise measurements. Now, with the SR008, measuring
sprocket alignment on the 911 engine has never been simpler, more
accurate, or more repeatable. A precisely fabricated block of 6061
aluminum secures an oversized Starrett straight edge to enable easy and
exact measurements. No more guessing or settling for "close enough."
Includes custom caliper base, as well as thumb screws for mounting on
all 911 engines including the 964 & 993 based cars.
Based on the factory P9511 tool, STOMSKI RACING's version of this tool
incorporates a brass cap and a double-ended stainless steel sleeve to
install the O-rings on the crankcase through-bolts. By using it, the
brass cap to protects the delicate O-ring from getting cut on the
threads of the bolt, you can then use the "thin" end of the sleeve to
slide the O-ring over the brass cap onto the shank of the through-bolt.
Once the o-ring is clear of the threads, remove the SR024 brass cap and
flip the SR024 stainless steel sleeve over and use the blunt end to
securely and gently seat the O-ring in the recess on the crank case.
