Out of StockFor the current generation of Porsche DFI Engines on 911/997/991/ Boxster & Cayman. (9A1) heads on the water-cooled engines are reporting broken exhaust bolts. Tasks ranging from a simple exhaust system update through an engine removal, are consistently plagued by snapped, rusted, and broken exhaust manifold bolts. Rarely can an accurate removal of the broken bolt be performed with the engine in the car, and even after removal, the task is time consuming and if not done carefully can lead to a damaged head or faulty repair. STOMSKI RACING's answer to these problems is the SR069, a kit that easily, accurately, and flexibly allows you to drill out the broken bolts - with the engine still in the car- saving time and headaches. A CNC milled plate indexes precisely off the broken bolts and/or bolt holes. Using our uniquely designed Thumb Screws, the SR069 plate is locked in place (by threading a Thumb Screw over a broken bolt or by using a supplied bolt threaded through the SR069 Thumb Screw). With the included pilot drills and drill guides, the faulty bolt can be drilled out, producing a perfectly perpendicular and centered hole that if necessary can be chased with an included M8x1.25 tap. Kit includes anodized aluminum fixture, drill bits, tap with extension, drill jigs/guides, Thumb Screws, and hardware in a sturdy storage case. Also includes our SR065D drill guide. -

In StockBased on the factory P9511 tool, STOMSKI RACING's version of this tool incorporates a brass cap and a double-ended stainless steel sleeve to install the O-rings on the crankcase through-bolts. By using it, the brass cap to protects the delicate O-ring from getting cut on the threads of the bolt, you can then use the "thin" end of the sleeve to slide the O-ring over the brass cap onto the shank of the through-bolt. Once the o-ring is clear of the threads, remove the SR024 brass cap and flip the SR024 stainless steel sleeve over and use the blunt end to securely and gently seat the O-ring in the recess on the crank case. -

Like on the older 996TT, the stock valves use a rubber diaphram which will leak boost on the higher RPM. This part also deteriorates over time leading to boost failure. Agency Power BRV uses a piston & spring design. This design holds boost pressure all the way to redline & with the VTG design, helps boost come in stronger.CNC machined, the base of the valve was precision engineered down to the ten-thousandth to fit into the stock VTG turbocharger. Inside the base is an aluminum piston that has been 3D machined. This piston is hard anodized & with the provided grease & o-rings, provides an air tight seal as the piston moves up & down. Agency Power spring rate will handle stock boost or high horsepower cars. -
